Generally, residence hall space is intended for the casual use of residents of that facility to study and socialize and not available for reservations to student groups or special events unless specifically authorized by Residence Life or HDS.

  • Sponsors requesting a reservation must have a University Account and be recognized as a University-affiliated group.
  • A Space Reservation Request must be made via the hall office or Conference & Event Services in order to reserve an available space in the hall for sponsored event.
  • Additional rules & regulations for events and reservations may be provided during the reservation request process
