You will be asked to fill out a room inventory sheet the first day you are in your room. On this sheet, please note any room damages that may exist at the time you check in. It is extremely important that you go over this sheet carefully and thoroughly to avoid being charged for pre-existing damages when you check out. Sign it only when it accurately represents the condition of the room at the time you take responsibility for it. When you return your inventory sheet, you will receive a mailbox key. You are responsible for maintaining the condition of your room, and you will be charged for any missing equipment or damages that occur while you reside in the room. To assist you, trash bags, vacuums, and other cleaning supplies are available at your front desk for your use.
